Job Description
Dealing with technical problems, inquiries, maintenance & repair
On-site and urgent customer support.
Gaining data and information on product failure, defective items
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
Writing technical documentation
Technical support for Exhibition and so forth
Forging good teamwork within the company.
Desired Candidate Profile

Expected age of candidate=> 20s to early 30s
Minimum work experience in the mechanical engineering field => 3 years
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/Deploma in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Highly analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint), Google
Language: Fluent Bengali and Hindi speaker
Immediate joiner is preferable, working experiences on Excavator, Wheel Loader and Backholoader are preferable.
